NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications
Application for T1 Magnolia - To reduce and lift crown to previous pruning points, lightly thin crown by 15% and remove any dead or decayed wood and any rubbing/crossing branches, within Southfleet Conservation Area
at 1 Church Cottages Church Street Southfleet
which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Southfleet Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/25/01230/TRCON).
