NOTICE OF PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER

Public Paths Diversion Order 2025
Footpath 561(C) (Part), Inkberrow, Evesham, Worcestershire
On 22 October 2025 Wychavon District Council Confirmed the above Order.
The effect of the Order will be to STOP UP:
The existing Footpath No.561(C) running from Point A (Grid reference 404180 257260) across open land in north easterly direction to Point B (Grid reference 404310 257440) as shown on the plan annexed to the Order (the Order Plan)
The overall length of the path is approximately 220 metres and is shown as a bold black line on the Order Plan.
AND CREATE:
(A new footpath commencing from Point A (Grid reference 404180 257260) in an easterly direction for approximately 34 metres to Point C (Grid reference 404210 257250) where it turns north easterly for approximately 190 metres to Point D (Grid reference 404320 257410) where it turns north westerly for approximately 42 metres to Point B (Grid reference 404310 257440) where it rejoins the original line of the path, all as shown on the Order Plan.
The new footpath shall be 3 metres in width, nominally level in its cross axis and will be approximately 266 metres in length, as shown as bold black dashes on the Order Plan.
A copy of the Confirmed Order and the Order Plan may be seen free of charge at the Civic Centre at the address below during normal office hours. Copies of the Order and Order Plan may be bought there at a price of £2.00.

This Order comes into force on the date on which Wychavon District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the Order have been complied with but if any person aggrieved by the Order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under Section 287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which this notice is first published, as required by Paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to that Act.
