What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.

Grove Cottage, Pyrford Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0825/TS: Listed Building Consent for erection of a single storey side extension following the demolition of the existing garage, car port and ancillary structure.

Hassocks, West Hill Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0814/CB: Erection of a two storey side extension with rear Juliet balcony and integral garage and single storey rear extension following demolition of existing garage.

2 Carters Lane Cottages, Carters Lane, Old Woking, Woking. PLAN/2025/0704/ML: Erection of a front car port. 

19A The Grove, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2025/0741/ML: Erection of a two-storey side, single storey rear extension, following demolition of existing conservatory.

3 - 11 Church Path, Woking. PLAN/2025/0819/ML: Proposed replacement of existing pitched roof coverings, rebuilding/repairing existing dormers, removal of the existing chimneys and replacement of existing single glazed Crittall windows with new double glazed UPVC frames.

NB: You should be aware that the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 2000 allows anyone the right to examine and receive copies of your representations. Details of the application, together with submitted plans and documents may be viewed at www.woking.gov.uk/planning/publicaccess. Any representations should be submitted within 21 days from the date of this notice.
