development to support the construction of the M60/M62/
M66 Simister Island Interchange Scheme for a temporary
period of up to 5 years Reason: Major Application.

Road, Wardle, Rochdale, OL12 9NU Proposal: External
alterations comprising of alteration to fenestration on
the rear elevation, removal of existing smoking shelter
and replace with new black polycarb roof. Installation of
new vent and air intake grill, new signage and internal
alterations Reason: Listed building consent/Affecting
the setting of a Listed building & the Character of a
Conservation Area.
