The following applications have been received by the Council:
P25/1226 – The Occupier for Variation of approved application P16/0420 to amend Condition 2 (Plan) to propose an increase in height of the proposed roofs, new loft conversions with dormers, and revisions to front windows and doors for flats 11, 12, 13 and 14 at New Residential Development Corner of Thorns Road and Caledonia, Quarry Bank, DY5 2LD

These applications affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area or the setting of a Listed Building.

P25/1190 – The Occupier for Alterations to ground floor shop and conversion of first and second floors to 4 no. bedroom HMO (Class C4), elevational alterations at 7, Market Street, Stourbridge, DY8 1AB

Anyone wishing to make representations about these applications should write to the address below or submit direct on the website within 23 days of the date of publication of this notice.
