What is planned?

SOUTH OXFORDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL

The Town and Country Planning Act requires the following to be advertised:

P25/S3218/LB Flood damage repairs to ground floor including replacement of harmful wall coverings with appropriate materials.

P25/S3242/FUL Demolition of the existing dwelling and associated works and the erection of a replacement self-build dwelling with parking and amenity space.

6A North Street Thame Oxon OX9 3BH (CA/LB)

P25/S3256/HH First floor rear extension to create an en-suite bathroom.

Hill Farm 18 The Green Garsington OX44 9DF (CA/LB)

P25/S3258/LB First floor rear extension to create an en-suite bathroom.

P25/S3266/HH Proposed to adapt the front elevation of the garage by replacing two garage doors with one central door. Replace and existing window and the side door frame. Also replace the front timber cladding. All replacement materials will match the existing.

KEY: (CA/LB) Proposed work may affect character/setting of Conservation Area and setting of a Listed Building. /LB Proposed work to a Listed Building.
