Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from CSH Environmental Ltd for "Continuation of waste handling without compliance with Condition 2 (F) (iii) (Approved Details – Transport Statement) and 15 (Waste Types of Planning permission ESS/09/18/COL that was for the Erection of a Clean Materials Recycling Facility including an increase in HGV movements and site throughput to now allow for inclusion of the word "municipal" waste as a received waste type together with a revised road access junction design. Land at: Greenacres, Packards Lane, Wormingford at Greenacres, Warehouse, Packards Lane, Wormingford, Essex, CO6 3AH - ESS/75/25/COL.
