The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation area: Leigh Railway Road.
A/25/099670/FULL 43 & 45 Railway Road Leigh WN7 4AA. Replacement timber shopfrontages, together with additional doors leading to the existing staircase for the first floor of each property (Retrospective application). A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
