2024/3026 HINGHAM, - Pearces Farm, Seamere Road - Change of use from agricultural building to residential use with porch extension Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.
2025/3180 BRACON ASH AND HETHEL, - Potash Farm, Potash Lane - Demolition of existing barn and change of use of land to self-storage facility for 62 storage containers (Use Class B8) Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.
2025/1883 DISS, - Diss Health Centre, Mount Street - Renewal of temporary planning permission for retention of portacabins as 2017/2081 for a further three years. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area.
2025/2561 KETTERINGHAM, - Raceshop & Raceshop Annexe, Ketteringham Hall - Change of use from office (Use Class E(g)(i)) to health services (Use Class E(e)) within the existing building. No external alterations are proposed. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.
2025/3151 PULHAM ST MARY, Crossingford Farm, Garlic Street, Crossingford Farm, - Replacement of 6 windows Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council's website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal.
