HS/FA/25/00442* 34A High Street, Hastings. Installation of 2x conservation skylights into the rear lean-to roof extension. Excavate along the southern perimeter walls of the property and installation of a ground drain. Internal works to kitchen including raising the existing timber floor and install joist insulation. Remove the existing concrete floor and excavate 300mm of soil to install a new insulated slab and floor finish. Demolish the recently added internal partition walls, toilet and shower room. DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
HS/FA/25/00248 95 Norman Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Change of use from sales and fitting car tyres (Class B2 - General Industrial) to a gym (Class E (d)). Alterations to the building including replacement windows, new fenestration, removal of chimneys, replacement roof tiles, solar panels and air conditioning units (part-retrospective).
HS/FA/25/00577 Gambier House, 111 & West House, 115 West Hill Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Temporary boundary fencing comprising 2.4m high palisade security fencing on front boundary, to include one pedestrian gate and two vehicle gates aligned with existing access points (part retrospective).
