We give notice that we have received the following applications:-
DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A LISTED BUILDING
HS/FA/25/00442* 34A High Street, Hastings. Installation of 2x conservation skylights into the rear lean-to roof extension. Excavate along the southern perimeter walls of the property and installation of a ground drain. Internal works to kitchen including raising the existing timber floor and install joist insulation. Remove the existing concrete floor and excavate 300mm of soil to install a new insulated slab and floor finish. Demolish the recently added internal partition walls, toilet and shower room. New walls are proposed to create an improved kitchen space, utility area, storage and bathroom

DEVELOPMENT WITHIN A CONSERVATION AREA
HS/FA/25/00248 95 Norman Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Change of use from sales and fitting car tyres (Class B2 - General Industrial) to a gym (Class E (d)). Alterations to the building including replacement windows, new fenestration, removal of chimneys, replacement roof tiles, solar panels and air conditioning units (part-retrospective).
HS/FA/25/00577 Gambier House, 111 & West House, 115 West Hill Road, St Leonards-on-sea. Temporary boundary fencing comprising 2.4m high palisade security fencing on front boundary, to include one pedestrian gate and two vehicle gates aligned with existing access points (part retrospective).

An additional day will be added for each bank/public holiday in England that falls during the consultation period.  Comments received are public documents and will be published on the internet.  Requests for confidentiality cannot be accepted.
* Comments made on this application will be sent to the Secretary of State if an appeal is received  and dealt with under the 'written representations' procedure. No comments can be made at the appeal stage.
