The following applications are being considered by the Council.

Applicant: Mr Gurjinder Dhaliwal
Proposal: Change of Use from Sui Generis (Previously Class A4 & C3) to Sixteen One-Bedroom Apartments (Use C3 (Dwellinghouses)) with Associated Internal and External Alterations to Facilitate the New Use. New window Openings and Vertical Extension to Allow for Staircase Extension, Increasing the Height of Ridge-Line on a Rear Portion of the Building.

Reason for Advert: It is a major development. The application site is within a conservation area and within the setting of a listed building

or in writing to the Head of Planning and Place. To guarantee that they will be considered by the Council, comments must be received no later than 21 November 2025. All comments made on planning applications will be made available for public inspection and copying.
In addition, if there is an appeal against the Council's decision, copies of all comments received will be sent to the Planning Inspectorate and to the applicant.
