NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
Notice of proposed development/works at (a) Land and Garage to the South of 7 to 9 Clifton Street, Trawden. 25/0691/FUL Full: Erection of a canopy to rear of garage. The proposal is within the Trawden Forest Conservation Area. (b) Site for Proposed Agricultural Building to the North East of 10 to 12 Hollin Hall, Trawden. 25/0453/FUL Full: Erection of an agricultural shed with an extended access track into the agricultural field. The proposal is within the Trawden Forest Conservation Area.
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
(c) Barnard House, West Close Road, Barnoldswick. 25/0684/LBC Listed Building Consent: Internals alterations to install insulated wall lining partitioning and insulated plasterboard to the underside of sloping ceiling. The proposal affects a Listed Building. The Council has received these applications and is required to advertise them under the above legislation. Copies of the applications can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 21 November 2025. The case officers dealing with these applications are: (a,c) Craig Barnes who can be contacted on (01282) 661377, (b) Laura Barnes (661719). Any representations about these applications should be made either in writing to the Planning Services Manager, Town Hall, Market Street, Nelson, BB9 7LG, so as to arrive not later than 21 November 2025; or, a copy of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website (

www.pendle.gov.uk

under Environment/Planning/View Planning Applications) and comments made online. All comments received will be available for public inspection and will be viewable on the internet along with the application details. However, we will endeavour to prevent signatures, telephone numbers and email addresses from appearing on the comments published on the internet. Decisions are normally made within six to eight weeks (11 to 13 weeks for major planning applications). Details of the decision will not automatically be sent to those that have made comments.
