Construction of new access road, entrance gates / pillars and storm
attenuation system for the Bible Training College approved under planning
application LA08/2023/1880/F. Proposal includes replacement entrance
gates and pillars for existing church.
Erection of two storey extension to rear of dwelling to create a kitchen dining
living area on ground floor and bedroom and snug room on first floor.
Erection of single storey dwelling and detached outbuilding with associated
hard and soft landscaping
Reconstruction of entire front façade and part of adjoining side wall and roof,
incorporating structural enhancements and a modernised design.
Proposed extension of curtilage of existing dwelling, erection of domestic
stables, creation of walking track, schooling arena and ancillary works.

Erection of residential housing development, comprising 12 number two-
storey semi-detached dwelling houses and 1 number detached bungalow,

complete with private garden, in curtilage car parking and open amenity
landscape area.
Erection of a Free Range Poultry Shed with 2No. Feed Bins, a Storage Shed
and all associated Site Works (Poultry Shed to Contain 15,000 Free Range
Egg Laying Hens)
Alterations, refurbishment and extension of existing single storey dwelling
and construction of a detached garage.
Site for dwelling, garage and associated site works.
Erection of replacement dwelling and double garage with all associated site
works and landscaping
Retention of shed and area of hardstanding for use in conjunction with
existing self-storage business, and retention of retaining walling, walling,
fencing and associated site works (amended plans and additional information)
Proposed extension to existing processing facility to consist of an extension
of curtilage, erection of a warehouse building (Use Class B4), hard and soft
landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site works. Access
to be provided via existing spur onto Silverwood Industrial Area. (amended
description and plans received)
