NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

IN RELATION TO LAND AT 7, 9 AND 11 TOTTENHAM LANE

CGFS Hornsey Limited hereby gives notice under Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 that it is applying to The London Borough of Haringey for planning permission relating to the proposed development of Land at 7, 9 and 11 Tottenham Lane, London, N8 9DJ.

The Proposed Development comprises the following: Retention and alteration of the Former Lotus Motor Racing Car Factory, the demolition of all other buildings and structures on site, and the construction of a mixed-use development, comprising Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) (Sui Generis), flexible industrial floorspace (Classes E(g)(iii) and B8), and a café / community use (Classes E, F1 and F2), alongside the delivery of a service road, a landscaped public square, public realm improvements and ancillary works.

Owners (owner is a person with a freehold interest or leasehold interest with at least 7 years left to run) or tenants (tenant is a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land) of the land or building, or any of part of it, can visit https://publicregister.haringey.gov.uk/pr/s/ to view the application, plans and associated documents. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations (comments) about this application should do so online or in writing to Development Management Support – Planning Service, 5th Floor Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR within 21 days of the date of this notice

Statement of owners' rights: The grant of planning permission does not affect owners' rights to retain or dispose of their property unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or lease.

Statement of agricultural tenants' rights: The grant of planning permission for non-agricultural development may affect agricultural tenants' security of tenure.
