The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (East Midlands) (No.11)
Order 2025” authorising the stopping up of 5 irregular shaped northern part widths of Rosegarth Street at Boston, in the Borough of Boston. This is to enable development as permitted by Boston Borough Council under reference B/24/0377.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, PO Box 1393, Newcastle Upon
Tyne, NE99 5FQ or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting SUO0768753). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Boston Borough
Council, Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, PE21 8QR.
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 30 October 2025.
