MD – Rhif cais 43/2025/0428 – Canolfan y Fyddin Diriogaethol, Drill Hall, 1 Marine Road, Prestatyn – Dymchwel adeiladau presennol ac ailddatblygu’r safle trwy godi 47 o unedau preswyl sy’n cynnwys cymysgedd o anheddau a fflatiau a gwaith cysylltiedig.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The Town & Country Planning Act 1990

The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012

The Historic Environment (Wales) Act 2023.

We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

CAC – Application No. 45/2025/0441 – 123-131 High Street, Rhyl – Conservation Area consent for the demolition of three storey terraces.

MD – Application No. 43/2025/0428 – Territorial Army Centre, Drill Hall, 1 Marine Road, Prestatyn – Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of site by the erection of 47 no. residential units comprising a mix of dwellings and apartments and associated works.

LB – Application No. 46/2025/0400 – Bryn, Chester Street, St. Asaph – Creation of a private tennis court and associated works.

LB – Application No. 46/2025/0402 – Bryn, Chester Street, St. Asaph – Demolition of glass house and erection of a private swimming pool with viewing platform.
