Proposal:

T1: Hazel - cut back eastern crown off lawn and fell small Holly to south.

T2: Holm Oak - remove northernmost stem and reshape. Fell small isolated stem growing just to west.

T4: Holm Oak - remove two lowest limbs growing to east.

G1: Cypresses and Bay - fell.

T21: Monterey Cypress - fell.

T1, Cherry (T6 of Order): crown lift to 4m over driveway with a maximum diameter of cuts being 50mm.

T2, Lime (T1 of Order): prune epicormic growth at the base of the trunk on a cyclical basis; remove dead branch.

Proposal: Hybrid planning application for development proposals comprising the following:

i) Detailed approval for the construction of new foodstore (Use Class E) together with associated works including parking, access and landscaping

ii) Outline approval with all matters reserved except access for flexible employment development (Use Classes B2 (General Industry), B8 (Storage and Distribution), E(g) (ancillary offices, research and development and light industrial) and Sui Generis (Trade Counter)) plots including public realm works, landscaping, access and associated infrastructure
