Reason: Conservation Area.

Blyth Lodge, Blythe Road, Coleshill - Change of use
of field to equestrian use and erection of 2 stable blocks.
Reason: Affects Setting of Listed Building.
Applicant: Malvern Homes Ltd - Ref: PAP/2025/0400
Land Rear Of 90 and 92 Mancetter Road, Mancetter -
Erection of dwelling. Reason: Conservation Area and
Affects Setting of Listed Building.
Applicant: Mr Jones - Ref: PAP/2025/0475
1 Old Church Road, Water Orton - Removal of existing
rear conservatory and replace with proposed single storey
rear extension. Existing outbuilding to have the roof raised
and an additional attached semi enclosed log store.
Reason: Affects Setting of Conservation Area.
