PROPOSAL:  Variation of condition number 30 of planning permission CB/24/01341/FULL (Extension to stables building to provide spa upgrade including alterations to the listed Adams building. Erection of a new Pavilion building and new Tennis and Padel courts. Creation of children’s play area within Columnhill Woods.) Variations sought: Alteration of link between stable and bothy. Amendment to basement level of spa and installation of new lightwell. Enlargement of existing pool and central courtyard resulting in minor ground floor extensions. Amendment to ground floor Vitality pool to create a rectangular pool. Minor internal layout changes and amendment to internal courtyard roof design to create a circular design.

PROPOSAL: Variation  of condition numbers 3, 11, 12 of planning permission CB/21/01639/VOC: (Variation of condition number 14 of planning permission CB/17/03759/FULL -  Change of use from Public House to residential accommodation 6 x One bedroom flat. It is requested the condition be changed to allow flats 1, 2, 5 & 6 to become 2B3P flats and read as  “The development herby permitted shall not be carried out except in complete accordance with the details shown on the submitted plans, 20/2526/BR/09C, 10C, 12, 13, 14A, 18B, 19C, 20B, 21A, 22B and 23B.”) Variation sought to amend the plan numbers.

Replacement and changes to the windows and doors, removal of one chimney. New internal roof/ covering over courtyard with roof lanterns and internal alterations.
