NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Land off Park Lane, North Petherton (NGR 329804 113419)
I give notice that West of England Developments (Taunton) Ltd. is applying to Somerset Council under Section 62 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for: hybrid planning application: outline planning permission with all matters reserved for a medical centre (Class E) and full planning permission for 64 dwellings (including 30% affordable), a recreational (scout hut) building, junior cricket ground, formation of access, spine road, footpath and cycleway provision, strategic landscaping and ecological enhancements, drainage attenuation and associated works
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Somerset Council at Strategic Sites Team, Somerset Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater TA6 3AR by 19th November 2025.
