REASON FOR INQUIRY

Appeal by Barratt Homes & Hall for Hemingbrough

relating to the application to North Yorkshire Council

for Residential development of 137 dwellings, open

space, landscaping, and associated infrastructure

and Community Centre with associated car parking

and recreational space at Land North Of, Hull Road,

Hemingbrough.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will

hold an inquiry opening on the date shown above to

decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the inquiry and,

at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
