IP/25/00702/FUL Alderwood Pupil Referral Unit Raeburn Road. Replacement of existing low level fencing and gate with new 2.4m high weldmesh fencing and gate system with timber infill panels.

Protected Trees

*IP/25/00736/TALF (Previously advertised as 25/00688/CALF on 14.10.2025) 47 Henley Road. Works to tree protected by TPO 7 of 2010: Reduce Lawson Cypress (T1) height by 3m and lateral branches by 1m.

IP/25/00744/CALF 13 Paget Road. Works to trees: Reduce the lateral spread of the lower, over extended limbs of 2x Cedars (T1 and T2) by 1.5 to 2m.

IP/25/00732/CALF 7 Alpe Street. Works to trees: Reduce Cherry tree by up to 1.5m.

Listed Building and Conservation Area Proposals

IP/25/00683/LBC Bethesda Baptist Church St Margarets Plain. New accessible entrance on the west elevation of the church, with associated ground work and the provision of toilets and kitchenette facilities to the West Hall.

IP/25/00745/CON Ipswich Museum High Street. Discharge of Condition 2 (ix) of Listed Building Consent 21/00524/LBC (Reconfiguration of interior spaces; insertion of a new internal passenger lift and staircase; raising of the timber floor in places to mitigate level differences; creation of new openings in existing walls; landscaping works including the creation of ramps and a terrace for outdoor seating, repair work and minor additions to the boundary wall and the insertion of new railings; the insertion of a new door in the exterior wall of the museum; slight modification to the front entrance; demolition of ad hoc spaces and structures; new toilet facilities.) relating to external lighting.
