I give notice that Whitehall Homes LLP is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission of variation of conditions 3 and 32 of WD/2022/1080/MAJ (erection of 21 no. dwellings (including 35% affordable), access, landscaping and other associated infrastructure) to enable changes to plot 4 and foul drainage scheme. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Proposed development at The Corner House, Ninfield Road, Ninfield TN39 5JJ. I give notice that Vistry Homes Ltd is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission of the removal of condition 9 of WD/2021/0594/MEA (outline application with all matters reserved except for access (excluding internal estate roads beyond the access to serve the medical centre plot) for demolition of existing vacant dwelling and erection of up to 180 no. dwellings and medical centre together with all parking, servicing and on-site open space) to enable occupation of the development, as ESCC highways do not yet have a date for implementation of the works referred to in the condition.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, plans, environmental statement and associated documents at the Council Offices, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm.
