Parish: Stalham

Applicant: Executive Director of Children’s Services

Site: Stalham Community Infant School, Brumstead Road, Stalham, NR12 9DG

Proposal: Re-use of site to deliver proposed SEMH Specialist Resource Base. Works to include internal alterations, demolition of building (Block 2), with works to Block 1 including partial demolition, small scale extensions, removal of chimney, new slate roof and rooflights, replacement windows and doors. Works to Block 3, including removal of canopies, new ramped access, new flat roof and replacement windows, rooflights and doors. New vehicular access and car park with taxi drop-off, with replacement of existing hardstanding, new boundary treatments and various soft landscaping works. Removal of existing cycle shelter with replacement shelter and removal of existing oil tank and replacement with air source heat pumps.

Please quote reference number FUL/2025/0036 on all correspondence. Any correspondence received will be retained on a file and will be open to public inspection if requested.
