ZD25/00601/LBC) Listed building consent for replacement of duo-pitched roof covering, rainwater goods to 2no. elevations with like-for-like replacements and removal and re-fixing of coping stones to 2no. gable parapets
Corporate Director – Memorial, Friary Gardens, Victoria Road, Richmond, North Yorkshire (ref. no. ZD25/00561/LBC) Listed building consent for a discreet programme of conservation works that will leave the memorial’s size, form and setting unchanged
Dr Richard James – Orchard House, Main Street, Middleton Tyas, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 6PP (ref. no. ZD25/00429/LBC) Listed building consent for the removal of dilapidated timber workshop within back garden of listed building and replacement with stone shed with slate roof on the same footprint but accessed by knocking through from adjacent stone outbuilding rather than through a separate door
MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
Keepmoat Homes Ltd and Rupert Thoroton D’arcy Hildyard – Land North, Catterick Road, Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire (ref. no. ZD25/00551/FULL) Full planning permission for the erection of up to 106 dwellings with associated access, landscape, provision of public open space, and other associated engineering works and infrastructure
