a) Erection of a replacement workshop, heritage
centre and site office on the existing footprint,
following the partial demolition of existing buildings,
with associated parking, drainage and landscaping

b) Variation of Condition 1 (approved plans) of planning
permission 23/00360/PLF (Change of use of a Bed
and Breakfast to form a House of Multiple Occupancy
(HMO) (Retrospective Application)) to allow for 12
bedrooms rather than ten at The Shiptonthorpe Arms
Bed and Breakfast York Road Shiptonthorpe
(Ref: 25/02636/VAR)
c) Erection of a two storey detached outbuilding
with first floor balcony for use as residential garage,
home office and recreation area and excavation of
basement to create an emergency shelter at
St Marys Barn Church View Huggate YO42 1YD

d) Erection of a detached garage/carport to front at
Old Granary Main Street Allerthorpe YO42 4RW
(Ref: 25/02926/PLF)
Proposal (b) is within a Conservation Area designated
under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (b,c,d) affect the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (a) is a major development.
