Autosmart International Ltd gives notice that it is intending to apply to Lichfield District Council for hazardous substance consent to store up to 125 tonnes of car screenwash, up to 32 tonnes of methanol, 5.30 tonnes of hydrofluoric acid (HF) and 30 tonnes of HF based cleaning product at Unit 9 Attwood Road, Burntwood, Staffordshire, WS7 3GJ. The site already holds hazardous substance consent; this application is a variation to the amounts that can be stored to allow for seasonable demand for products. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Unit 9 Attwood Road, Burntwood, Staffordshire, WS7 3GJ during reasonable hours (0900 – 1600) until 21st November 2025. Once a valid application is submitted, the Council will consult the relevant bodies and persons affected.
