Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:
P1262.25, 6 Meadway Romford, Demolition of existing outbuilding and shed and construction of new outbuilding.The development is in a Conservation Area
P1303.25, 90A Wingletye Lane Hornchurch, Part single, part double storey rear extension, two storey front extension, rear dormer extension, and alterations to fenestration
The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan
P1314.25, 80-82 Lower Bedford Road Romford Essex, Retrospective application for the retention of the subdivision of 80 and 82 Lower Bedfords Road to facilitate the use of no. 80 as a landscaping business with front entrance gates, storage containers and hardstanding and no. 82 as a tyre fitting/vehicle recovery business with storage containers and hardstanding area with the retention of boundary fence between 80 and 82 Lower Bedfords Road.
The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan
