East Suffolk Council has received the following applications, which it is required to advertise.

Any representations should be made in writing to this address within 15 working days of the publication of this notice. All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the council’s website, and will be referred to by the Secretary of State’s inspector in the event of an appeal.

DC/25/3766/LBC – Listed Building Consent – Reconstruction and reinstatement of a brick-built chimney stack to northern end of west roof pitch to allow for installation of a log burning stove at the ground floor at 59 Wangford Road, Reydon.

Reason for advertising: Listed Building

DC/25/3291/FUL – Proposed new learning centre and site alterations to suit and change of use of Farm Building from Office/Meeting Rooms back to a residential dwelling at Pathways, Leonard Drive, Lowestoft.

Reason for advertising: Departure

DC/25/3671/FUL – Replacement of decaying single glazed timber windows with Heritage uPVC windows at Blyth Hotel, Station Road, Southwold.

Reason for advertising: Conservation Area
