PUBLIC OPEN SPACES AT CALNE WILTSHIRE

NOTICE is hereby given that Wiltshire Council intends to dispose by way of leases the following part of its land holdings within Calne Wiltshire under the Community Asset Transfer Scheme to Calne Town Council which includes land which is used for open space, recreation and amenity purposes:

1. Duncan Street Play Area, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 9QJ

2. Quemerford Play Area, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 8JZ

3. Fynamore Gardens Play Area, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 0UB

4. Colemans Farm, Play Area A, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 8NU

5. Colemans Farm, Play Area B, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 8NU

Plans showing the open spaces being transferred are available for inspection on request during normal working hours at Wiltshire Council’s offices at County Hall Trowbridge.

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the undersigned (using reference 141863) by 14th November 2025.
