The Council has received the following planning application which the Council considers would affect the setting of a Conservation Area, the setting of a Listed Building which is within a Conservation Area and is accompanied by an Environmental Statement Compliance Statement.

Conservation Area: Wigan Town Centre.

Application No: A/25/099781/VARMAJ.

Development at: The Galleries Wigan WN1 1AR.

For Planning Permission: Variation of conditions 15, 16, 17, 27, 29, 49 and 60 of previously approved A/21/91796/MAJES in respect of changes to the proposed pavilion building and associated works.

Applicant: Cityheart Limited And Wigan Council.
