Application No: 25/01214/REM Proposal: Variation of Condition 3 (Materials), 4 (Details) of planning permission 24/00999/FUL to relate them to later stages of the development instead of prior to commencement to allow works to progress. Location: 9 West Street, Epsom, Surrey

Application No: 25/01219/LBA Proposal: Listed Building Consent: Restoration to the historic west wall structure of the Walled Garden including its associated components, through disassembly, repair, and reconstruction. Location: The Royal Automobile Country Club (RAC), Old Barn Road, Epsom

Application No: 25/01225/FLH Proposal: Two storey rear and part single storey side extension. Location: 6 Chalk Lane, Epsom, Surrey

Application No: 25/01226/LBA Proposal: Listed Building Consent: Two storey rear and part single storey side extension. Location: 6 Chalk Lane, Epsom, Surrey
