TAKE NOTICE that the YORKSHIRE DALES NATIONAL PARK AUTHORITY has received the following:
Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended)
Proposed development which would affect the character or appearance of a conservation area
Application Reference No: C/46/223C From Mr & Mrs J & A Gorman for Section 73 application to vary conditions 3i (retention of outer frame of the former shop front) & 4 (timber colour) of C/46/223B (Householder planning permission and relevant demolition in a conservation area in respect of removal of existing shop window frontage and recessed shop/cafe entrance door and replacement with new timber bay window) in respect of non-retention of outer frame, and timber colour to be Farrow & Ball lime white at Market House, Middle Lane, Kettlewell.
