Internal neon signage, visible through the windows but not externally mounted. Non illuminated Menu sign on the facade facing High Street fixed to building. A principal branding element on the south-facing elevation, softly illuminated by a slim linear LED lighting strip positioned above the sign. Use of a restrained blue-and-white colour palette, consistent with Yorkies’ established brand identity for Yorkies Fish And Chips Ltd

Proposal: Full planning permission for conversion and extension of existing buildings to store and toilet/shower block for Mr Tim Ferguson
Location: High Adventure Keighley Road Cowling BD22 0AA
Reasons: Would affect the route of a public right of way. Affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area.
