St Helens, Planning Notice

Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:

Application Number: P/2025/0556/OUP

Proposal: Outline planning application for the erection of up to 220 dwellings with open space, landscaping, and access. All matters reserved except for means of access.

Applicant: Wain Estates (Land) Limited, Fontwell House, Trident Business Park, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 6BX

Location: Land North of Gorsey Lane, Bold, St Helens

The application is subject to an Environmental Statement.

The application was made on 30th September 2025, and members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement, while stocks last, from:

If you have any comments about the applications, they can be submitted online or in writing to the Town Hall within 30 days of the publication of this notice.

No acknowledgements will be sent. Any comments received are open to public inspection and will be displayed on the Council’s website.
