St Helens, Planning Notice

Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:

Proposal: Application to vary Condition 1 (time) on approval P/2008/0914 to extend operational period to 29th September 2040.

Applicant: D Morgan PLC, New Hey, Chester Road, Great Sutton, Ellesmere Port, CH66 2LS

Location: Bold Heath Quarry, Mill Lane, Bold Heath, St Helens

The application is subject to an Environmental Statement.

The application was made on 14th August 2025, and members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement, while stocks last, from:
