REASON FOR INQUIRY – Appeal by Gladman Developments Limited

Relating to the outline application to South Oxfordshire District Council for the erection of up to 160 dwellings including affordable housing, with public open space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system SuDS and vehicular access, all matters reserved except for means of access at Land Off the B480, Chalgrove

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views
