What is planned?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council has received applications for Planning Permission (including under the General Regulations 1992), Listed Building Consent, potential Departure, Major Development or which may affect a Conservation Area, Public Right of Way or for works to trees in a Conservation Area or covered by a Tree Preservation Order.
Grove Cottage, Pyrford Road, Woking. PLAN/2025/0815/TS: Erection of a single storey side extension following the demolition of the existing garage, car port and ancillary structure.
Barclays, Town Gate House, Church Street East, Woking. PLAN/2025/0769/JS: Prior Notification requirement under Part MA of the GPDO for the change of use of Class E space to form 16 apartments.
The Cottage, Church Hill, Horsell, Woking. PLAN/2025/0784/DR: Erection of a rear outbuilding and swimming pool.
