What is planned?

25/41016/OUT - Land South Of Campion Close Eccleshall - Outline planning permission with details of access for the development of up to 48 dwellings (Use Class C3) with associated infrastructure
25/41015/OUT - Land To The South Of Shaws Lane Eccleshall Stafford - Outline planning permission with details of access for the development of up to 55 dwellings
(Use Class C3) with associated infrastructure

The proposed development(s) do not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the applications relate are situated
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS ACT) 1990
Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council,would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings
25/41094/LBC - Congreve House Congreve Close Walton On The Hill - Alterations to the second floor to include improved roof and wall insulation,  replacement of existing roof lights and the addition of two additional roof lights, increase in spatial efficiency and associated works

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 19 November 2025.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 19 November 2025. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
