The following PROPOSALS are the subject of an application submitted to the Council.

PROPOSAL AFFECTING A CONSERVATION AREA

25/01767/FPH Windmill House, Bennetts Lane, Rushden, Buntingford, Hertfordshire, SG9 0SH. - Erection of detached timber garage and workshop outbuilding with storage, following demolition of existing detached outbuilding/ garage.

25/02372/FP Council Offices, Gernon Road, Letchworth, Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 3JF. - Removal of ground floor window and insertion of Fire Exit door. Removal of existing 2nd floor window and insertion of door to provide access to flat roof and addition of perimeter railings.

25/02488/FP 6 Station Terrace, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 9UN. - Two storey rear extension to existing flats.

25/02502/FPH 18 Dixies Close, Ashwell, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5QN. - Single storey rear extension following demolition of existing rear extension.

25/02567/FP 9 High Street, Kimpton, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 8RA. - Alterations to existing first floor flat to include raised roof extension and insertion of rear dormer; second floor side window and front and rear rooflights to facilitate loft conversion into habitable accommodation. Insertion of first floor rear Juliet balcony. Alterations to fenestration. Installation of permeable hard landscaping to front, side and rear and addition of two car parking spaces. Erection of timber framed car port.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the PROPOSAL should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
