What is planned?

Notice of Application for Hazardous Substance Consent - The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 - The Planning (Hazardous Substance) Regulations 2015 (Regulation 6).
I give notice that Severn Trent Green Power Limited is applying to Hertfordshire County Council for hazardous substance consent to store hazardous substances at: Coursers Farm, Coursers Road, Colney Heath, AL4 0PG.
Hertfordshire County Council will decide whether or not to grant consent, and if to grant, will decide on what conditions to grant.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at: Coursers Farm, Coursers Road, Colney Heath, AL4 0PG, during all reasonable hours until Friday 21st November 2025. Anyone wishing to make representations about this application should write to: The Hertfordshire County Council Planning Department at: spatial.planning@hertfordshire.gov.uk, by Monday 22nd December 2025.
