Proposed development at Energy Centre building: 1 and 3, Minerva Road, London, NW10 6HJ; Pipework (western arm): Route along parts of Minerva Road, Park Royal Road, Acton Lane, Coronation Road, Abbey Road, Central Way, Gorst Road, Park Royal Road Overbridge and adjacent railway land, Victoria Road, and Wales Farm Road; Pipework (eastern arm): Route along parts of North Acton Road, Chase Road, Minerva Road, Bashley Road, St Leonard's Road and Chandos Road. I give notice that Hemiko is applying to the Old Oak and Park Royal Development
Corporation for planning permission to carry out the following development:
Development associated with the Old Oak and Park Royal Energy Network (OPEN) district heating network, comprising:
- Demolition of a warehouse building at 1 and 3 Minerva Road, London, NW10 6HJ, and erection of a purpose-built Energy Centre building;
- Laying of a network of underground heat pipes to form the Distribution Network;
- Erection of a crossover gantry to carry the pipework over existing railway tracks, running parallel to the Park Royal Road Overbridge; and
- Other associated works.
