What is planned?

Proposed development at: Coleshill Food Waste Ad Plant,
Marconi Way, Coleshill, B46 1DG.
I give notice that Severn Trent Water Ltd has applied to the
County Planning Authority for planning permission for an
application seeking retrospective planning permission for
two kiosks within the existing operational boundary of
Coleshill Sewage Treatment Works.
The proposed development affects the Public Right of Way of
Footpath(s) M30.
Details of this application (and others submitted to the County
Council) can be viewed on our website at www.warwickshire.gov.

is also available at your local library.
Representations on this application, which should arrive no later
than 12 November 2025, may be made in writing to Planning
Delivery – Environment Services, Communities Directorate,
