APPLICATION FOR THE MODIFICATION OR DISCHARGE OF A PLANNING OBLIGATION

Take notice that Silvertown Partnership LLP has applied to the London Borough of Newham to modify the planning obligation described below.

Planning Obligation: Application pursuant to S106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to modify the provisions in the Deed of Planning Obligation dated 19 August 2016 (planning reference 14/01605/OUT) as modified by Deed of planning obligation dated 27 March 2018, 10 August 2022 and 23 February 2023. The proposed amendments relate to Plot 6 (Phase 1): Changes to the requirement for ongoing monitoring of on-site employment and annual reporting to the council including the exclusion of Plot 6 from this requirement and an amendment to the delivery and provision of the car club spaces across the development.
