What is planned?
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that North East Lincolnshire
Borough Council proposes, in accordance with the LOCAL
GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1), (2A) to
dispose of land at rear of Scartho Medical Centre, Grimsby
containing public open space and having an area of
approximately 0.075 acres. The proposed disposal is the
sale of the freehold of the land.
A plan illustrating the location and extent of the land is
deposited at the Reception of the Municipal Offices, Town
Hall Square, Grimsby where it may be inspected free of
charge Monday to Friday, during normal office hours. A
copy of the plan can be obtained by emailing: valuation@
nelincs.gov.uk
Any representations or objections with respect to the
proposal must be made in writing and addressed to:
Paul Evans, North East Lincolnshire Borough Council,
Municipal Offices, Town Hall Square, Grimsby, North East
Lincolnshire, DN31 1HU, and should be received no later
than 5pm on 1st December 2025. Please state the grounds
upon which any representation or objection is made.
