What is planned?
SOUTH DERBYSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL The Council has under consideration the following applications: Ref: DMPA/2025/0491 (Major Development) The approval of details reserved by conditions 3 (Sitewide land use plan), 7 (Finished Floor Levels), 8 (Rear Access Paths), 9 (Building Details), 10 (Facing Materials), 11 (External Lighting), 13 (Boundary Treatments), 16 (Surfacing Materials) and 18 (Ecological Design Strategy) relating to planning permission DMPA/2022/0996 for the approval of reserved matters for 710 dwellings (access, layout, scale, appearance and landscaping) pursuant to outline permission ref. DMPA/2024/0351 for 1,100 dwellings at Land at New House Farm, Etwall Road, Mickleover, Derby, DE3 0DN Ref: DMPA/2025/1354 (Affects a public right of way) Proposed extensions & alterations to the existing dwelling, proposed outbuilding to the rear, creation of parking spaces to the front, changes to the external appearance and fenstration of the existing dwelling at 2 Heath Top, Boggy Lane, Derby, DE65 5AY Applications may be viewed at planning.southderbyshire.gov.uk or during working hours at the Civic Offices, Civic Way, Swadlincote, DE11 0AH. Any comments must be made in writing, quoting the application reference number, within 21 days of the date of the publication of this notice (not including public holidays). This notice is given in accordance with provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and/or associated subordinate legislation. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, all representations received become documents, which the public has a right to read and copy. We collect information from you when you contact us about a planning or associated application, enforcement complaint, planning enquiry, or local planning policy consultation. This includes contact by email, letter or telephone. When commenting on planning or associated applications, we do need your postal address to enable fair consideration of your comments. Comments and objections on applications and enforcement matters do not form part of the statutory register, and as such we will only retain these for up to two years following a decision being made unless an appeal is lodged.
