Pre-Application Public Consultation Events by CCP KWH 3 Limited.

Proposed Major Application Proposal at 148-160 Wishart Street, Glasgow.

“Erection of key worker housing (sui generis) with potential ground floor uses (class 1a, class 3, class 11) and associated ancillary works.” 

A second public information event / exhibition to provide further information and feedback from the first event will be held at Wasps Hanson Street Studios 77 Hanson St, Glasgow G31 2HF on Tuesday 28th October 2025 between 4pm – 8pm where you can view the proposals, and the development team will be available to answer any questions. Consultation boards will also be available to view on our dedicated website (https://www.montagu-evans.co.uk/public-consultation-for-wishart-street/ ) on the day of the consultation.

Any comments made at the event, or through the above, are to CCP KWH 3 Limited as the Applicant and are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, neighbour notifications and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations to Glasgow City Council regarding the proposals at that time.
