What is planned?

PLANNING APPLICATIONS

The following applications have been submitted for planning permission and Notice is hereby given under:

a. Section 67 and 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

25/00713/FUL Proposed change of use from Village Hall (F2) to a single residential dwelling (C3) including a rear extension and internal and external alterations. Village Hall 12 Main Street Branston Leicestershire

25/00855/FUL Erection of a Victorian style greenhouse and replacement of several wooden structures with a single timber store building. Land on the east side of 5 City Road Stathern 

25/01093/VAC Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Documents) of Planning Permission 24/00349/FUL in relation to amendments to Plot 2 including raised ridge height. Condition Number(s): Condition 2 (submission details) Conditions(s) Removal: Amendments to plot 2 to improve the internal space for occupants, and buildability - most notably raising the ridge substitute drawing PL-007A for Pl-007B which shows the proposed alterations to plot 2 Greensmith Cottage 8 City Road Stathern Leicestershire  

b. Section 73 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:-

23/00124/FULHH Single storey rear extension. 2 Pasture Lane Knipton Leicestershire NG32 1RF 

c.  Regulation 5 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990:-

25/00714/LBC Proposed change of use from Village Hall (F2) to a single residential dwelling (C3) including a rear extension and internal and external alterations. Village Hall 12 Main Street Branston Leicestershire

A copy of each application will be available for inspection from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to  Friday at Parkside, Burton Street, Melton Mowbray LE13 1GH. They will also be available on the website www.melton.gov.uk/viewplans, from where comments can be submitted.

Any person who wishes to make representations to  the Council, should do so in writing to within 21 days from the publication of this notice. Any representations submitted will become available for public inspection. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal dealt with by representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be  sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no  further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
