East Suffolk Council has received the following applications, which it is required to advertise. This is not a full list of all applications received. Any representations should be made in writing to this address within 15 working days of the publication of this notice. All representations will be recorded on a public file, be viewable on the council's website, and will be referred to by the Secretary of State's inspector in the event of an appeal.

DC/25/3745/VOC - Variation of Condition No 4 of DC/16/2868/FUL - Construction of a 60no. bed care home (use class C2) with associated car parking, refuse and external landscaping - Amend existing vehicular access condition to pre-occupation from pre-commencement. At: Manor Farm Care Home, 82 Church Road, Kessingland.

Reason for advertising: Major Application

DC/25/3314/FUL - Single storey rear extension with flat roof and privacy screen to enable a small roof terrace. The roof terrace will be accessed via a first-floor doorway created by the removal of a first-floor sash window and enlarging the existing opening. Proposed extension to existing rear outbuilding to create a bedroom with en-suite wet room. The existing two sheds and WC will be converted to form a link between the cottage and the bedroom in the former utility room.
