MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
Application For: MLA/2025/00435: Crew Transfer Pontoon at Lowestoft.
Notice is hereby given that Sizewell C Limited, 25 Copthall Avenue, London, EC2R 7BP, has applied to the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the temporary installation of a modular pontoon, 16.5 metres (m) long by 5.3m wide, covering an area of 87.5 metres squared.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed online in the MMO Public Register at: www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.
Representations in respect of the application should ordinarily be made by:
Visiting the MMO Public Register: (www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register) and accessing the Public Representation section of case reference M LA/2025/00435.
However, we will also accept representations via the following formats:
By email to: marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk; or alternatively by letter addressed to: Marine Management Organisation, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR.
In all cases, correspondence must: Be received within 28 days of the date of the first notice, 17th October 2025. Quote the case reference (M LA/2025/00435); and include an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
